What to write on a sympathy card?
Sometimes less is better. Here is an example of
a perfectly acceptable note to write in a sympathy
card: |
| • |
"I'm so sorry for your loss."
"My sympathy to you." "It was
good to know Bob." "Bob was a fine
person and a friend of mine. He will be missed."
"My sympathy to your mother/family." |

Flowers are always an appropriate offering for

What is the definition of a "Near Death
Experience?" This is an experience which
takes place when a person is legally dead. Each
near death experience is very unique to the person
having it, but many commonalities have been observed.
Most report a feeling of "floating away"
from their bodies or remember viewing their bodies
from a distance. Many people have reported that
they have seen loved ones who have passed away
previously, or that they have met God or Christ.
One common theme is the "light at the end
of the tunnel." Many people who have had
a Near Death Experience say that it changed their
outlook on life. |
